We are currently expanding our humour range so we are looking for some new and exciting ideas. We would like a mixture of editorial and illustration that is bright, funny and original.
My design might not be classed as funny or fit the brief very well but I still hope it gets noticed..
I made a list of things women like and decided to go with the bath. My personal favourite. Then I added a vending machine with everything I like to have with my bath - mask, duck, candle, chocolate, bubble bath and petals. I used a silhouette for the person in the bath to give the idea that the person receiving the card can be the silhouette in real life. I used a soft blue bath and bolder blue background because the similar colours make the bath seem like it expands into the background...and i would love a bigger bath
